How can I add credit/money to my account?
We accept all kinds of payments such as credit card, debit card, PayPal and Bitcoin. We also accept payments in multiple currencies so that you do not have to pay any international transaction fees.
Someone is using your service to harass me. How can you help?
All outgoing calls from PopTox will show 218-414-1141 as the caller ID number. If you are getting a call from this number, know that our service is being used. If you think you are being harassed, get in touch with us immediately. We will make sure your number is entirely blocked and cannot be called using PopTox.
Why does PopTox only work with some browsers and not others?
PopTox uses WebRTC technology to enable browser based real time communication. Not all browsers currently support WebRTC, but the main ones such as Chrome does.
Is my conversation secure on PopTox? Does PopTox record communication?
All your phone calls are fully encrypted and we do NOT record any calls, period. Your trust is very important to us and we respect your privacy.
